2 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon cumin

Sweet Potato Fries

2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

In a small bowl, mix the mashed garbanzo beans with lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Toast the bread slices to your liking.
